Beloved Son, Brother, Uncle, and Friend

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Jeffrey Alvarado on July 31st, 2025, at the age of 41. A lifelong resident of Rochester, NY, Jeffrey was known for his sharp wit, kind soul, and the strength he showed through life’s challenges.

He was a cherished son, a loving and protective brother, and a devoted uncle whose humor and warmth touched everyone who knew him. Despite lifelong health battles, Jeffrey faced each day with courage, humility, and love.

He is survived by his mother Bonnie Smith, father Mariano Alvarado, siblings Andréa Alvarado, Papo Alvarado, and Angel Lopez, along with many nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family who will deeply miss him.

Calling hours will be held on August 7th, from 4-7 PM at Falvo Funeral Home, 1395 N. Goodman St. Rochester, NY 14609. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jeffrey’s honor to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Though his time with us was far too short, Jeffrey’s spirit, laughter, and love will live on in our hearts.
