Obituary of Adelaida Capeles

Passed away on June 28, 2025.

Adelaida Capeles was a loving individual. She accepted everyone into her home and treated them like her own! She never turned anyone away and was definitely a fighter all the way until the end. She loved all her children and grandchildren, but her boys were her favorite! She had the best smile, feisty  jokes and  infectious laugh. Her personality is one of a kind and can never be duplicated. 

Predeceased by two sons (John Jr, Jose) daughter (Sonia) grandson (Anthony) survived by four daughters ( Dori, Gloria, Madeline, Lala) one son (Gijo), brother and sisters, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held at Falvo Funeral Home, 1395 N. Goodman St., Rochester, NY 14609, on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, from 4pm-8pm.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Michaels Church,  869 N Clinton Ave, Rochester, NY 14605, on Thursday, July 10, 2025 at 10am. Burial at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
