As newlyweds in 1975, my husband, George, and I rented an apartment in a house on Audubon Street owned by Jim. He was a great landlord. We lived there 4 years, and Jim raised our rent just one time - and only $5! And he apologized because he knew we were saving to buy a house! Occasionally I’ll drive by the Audubon house for nostalgia and I always remember Jim. Many years later, his kind gesture remains with us. Our condolences to the Billone family. Jimmy lived with us in Duarte, California for about 4 years. It was like having and older brother around the house. He was in the Navy and stationed in Long Beach and he also worked at my families restaurant. I have many memeries from those days but I want to share this one in particular. I was about 10 years old at that time. He would take in to the miniture golf course about 5 minutes from the restaurant about once a month. We would play maybe 6 holes and then we would leave. Why? He would hit the ball hard towards a good looking girl many holes away. Then he would send me to go get the ball and tell the girl he was aiming at that "my cousin is over there", I woud point at him, "and he wants to take you out for coffee after the game". He would put the big Jimmy smile on and wave. Many would accept but then after around the third time I realized I wasn't there to play miniture golf.he was just using me for his middle man. Hey that was ok with me because I became the best damn 6 hole miniture golf player of all time. Those were the days my friend. We send Love to all the Billone's from me, Jean and Giovanna. You are in our prayers.

Paula i unfortunately was looking through Falvos website regarding my dad's obituary. We lost my mom last April and my dad last week. I remember our high school days at Mercy and your dad was always a big jokester. With him and your mom we always were welcomed. During this time please my condolences to your beautiful mom, and David and his family and your beautiful family. Find solace in knowing he no longer suffers and God has welcomed him with open arms. May he live on in your hearts forever and know he is looking down on you all. May he rest in peace and fly high with the Angels God Bless you all.
