Obituary of Maria Primerano

We are heartbroken to announce the passing of Maria Primerano, age 91, beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.  She passed away peacefully while surrounded by family on May 24, 2025, in Port St. Lucie, Fl.  Maria was born in Siderno Marina, Italy on November 17, 1933.

Predeceased by her husband Domenico Primerano; parents Domenico and Teresa DeLeo; sisters Angela Giorgione and Rose Giorgione, brother Anthony DeLeo, her grandson, Andrew Primerano and granddaughter, Lori Beth Veomett. 

She is survived by children Angela (Rick) Veomett, Francesco (Charlotte) Primerano, Bruno (Pati) Primerano, Teresa Primerano, Joseph Primerano, Caterina (Joseph) Kunkel; grandchildren Lisa (Richard) Jacquier, Lisa West, Nicholas (Laurel) Primerano, Benjamin Primerano; and great grandsons Logan Jacquier, Robert West and Lucas Primerano.

As a homemaker, she enjoyed cooking her family’s favorite foods, harvesting vegetables from her garden, baking homemade bread and she especially treasured spending quality time with her family.  Her family will forever remember Maria for her sweet and kind heart.  Everyone who met Maria adored her.

Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, May 30, 2025, 3PM-7PM and funeral service Saturday May 31, 2025, at 12PM, both at Falvo Funeral Home, 1295 Fairport Nine Mile Pt. Road (Route 250) Webster.  Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
