Obituary of Pasquale Pat J. DiPerna
Rochester, NY-Pasquale “Pat” J. DiPerna, 95, passed away on Thursday, May 15, 2025 surrounded by the love of his family.
Pat was born in Gaeta, Italy, to the late Severino and Rita DiPerna on November 20, 1929.
He is predeceased by wife Lucy of 38 years and wife Mary of 17 years. He is survived by 5 children Rita (David), Nancy (John), Sam (Carol), Tony, Patti (Paul), 8 Grandchildren, 13 Great Grandchildren, 1 Great Great Grandchild on the way, several Nieces and Nephews, Sister Tina, Fiancé Terry Markey and best friends Linda Mezzoprete and Dolores Bozza.
Pat was a veteran of the Korean War stationed in Germany cooking for all the officers for 2 years. He was very successful owning and operating many different food establishments. He loved traveling on Cruises and living in Florida after his retirement. From horses to cards to baseball and all the family and friends between. What a great 95 years!
A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s Church, 43 Gebhardt Road, Penfield, NY 14526, on Monday, May 19, 2025 at 11am. Donations in his memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Tunnel to Towers Foundation. Burial will be held at White Haven Memorial Park.
