The Canalside Homeowners Association and the Landing View Lane neighborhood is better off because of Pat Kurtz. He provided the first long term plan for the management of the association during the time we were self managed. Pat also gave his time and talents as a board member and president of the Board. Pat provided good business advice and warm hearted counsel. As a personal friend, Pat with his stories and good humor, will be missed.
