Obituary of Michael D. Arena

Passed away suddenly on March 21, 2025, at age 70.

Predeceased by mother and father Julia and Louis; Sister, Patricia.

Survived by loving daughter, Katelyn (Mother Tanya Arena) and devoted brother, Peter; extended family and many cherished friends.

Mike was a proud nursing graduate having cared for many people during his long career at the U of R and most recently at Hillside Children's Center. Prior to that, Mike was a respiratory therapist.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, March 28, from 4pm – 7pm at Falvo Funeral Home 1395 N. Goodman St. Rochester. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 29, at 11am at St. Cecilia’s Church 2732 Culver Rd Rochester. Interment Holy Sepulchre. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the American Cancer Society or to a favorite charity.
