Obituary of Helgi Lundahl

Helgi Lundahl, age 98, passed Thursday March 13, 2025, following a brief illness. Many thanks to Hildebrandt Hospice personnel for their professionalism, dedication, and her care in her final days.

Helgi is predeceased by Allan Oliver Lundahl, her husband of 49 years. She is survived by her children, Linda (John) Studnicky, Sandra (John) Dutrow, and Gary (Theresa) Lundahl; grandchildren, Dan (Jackie) Dutrow, Michael (Marie) Lundahl, Christine Lundahl, Gregory Lundahl, Jennifer Lundahl, and Nicole Lundahl. She had 3 great grandchildren, Aiden Dutrow, Peter Lundahl, and Maggie Lundahl.

Helgi spent most of her adult life in Rochester, NY. She was employed by Hickory Farms of Ohio. She helped open each store in the Rochester area and managed each of them. She then became a Regional Manager for Hickory Farms covering Western NY. She retired in 1985, and they moved to Charlotte, NC. She returned to Rochester in 2003 and spent her finals years back in the Rochester area.

The family will hold a private service at a future date to be named later.
