Nicholas F. Camuso
September 5, 1927 – October 25, 2024
Age 97. Predeceased by parents, Lawrence and Vera (Beyo) Camuso; brothers, Dominic, Lawrence (Gloria), Francis (Mary), Vincent (Barbara) Camuso; sisters, Marie (Anthony) Guarino, Anita (John) Martino; sister-in-law, Evelyn Camuso; nephews, David, Frank, and Larry (Snare) Camuso and James Martino; and great-nephews, Matthew Camuso and Christopher Guarino. Survived by brother, Joseph Camuso (DeBary, FL) and many nieces and nephews.
The family is grateful for all the loving care he received from the Canandaigua VA Medical Center’s Home Health and Hospice Care and for his friends and neighbors at Seneca Towers where he lived for 35 years. A WWII veteran, Nicholas served in the Air Force from 7/18/1946 to 6/1/1949. He was employed as a TV repair man. His topics of interest were climate change and green energy.
Interment will be held privately at the Calvary Cemetery in Punxsutawney, PA. Donations in Nicholas’s honor may be made to your local Salvation Army.
