My heart goes out to the Romeo family. Tim was one of the kindest and most humble people I ever knew. I am one of many who is grateful for having him as a friend. Over the years, Tim and I shared many walks through local parks with our beloved Labrador Retrievers. We laughed about so many experiences we had with our dogs and thoroughly enjoyed the simplicity of walking with them while tossing a ball or a stick for them to retrieve. Those were good days, in fact, some of my best and I'll cherish those memories of Tim, forever. Thank you to the Romeo family for giving us this gentle person and thank you for his service to our country. May Tim rest in sweet peace and know that he will long be remembered for the wonderful and giving person he was. God Bless and keep you close, my dear friend.

Tim was a man of consequence. He was a great person, good friend, and was loved by many, including me. I met Tim at Pittsford Cemetery, and through the years he helped me in many ways. Beyond that, his hard work at the Pittsford cemetery by painting rusted rails, setting up stones that had fallen and had laid there for years, clearing and cutting down fallen trees and brush was truly exemplary. He told me once about his navy experience. He led a small ordnance team (the sailors who wear red shirts emblematic of their dangerous work) loading and reloading planes and other guns where needed. It was dangerous, hard work, but Tim and his crew did it. We owe him, his crew, and the rest of our service men and women, our everlasting thanks.
I’m really sorry he passed on after such a gallant fight. As I said, a man of consequence. Our best to his wonderful family during this sorrowful time.
