Greece - On August 7, 2018, age 30 peacefully with her loving family by her side. Survived by her loving husband and best friend, Stephen M. Poole; her adoring children, Gianna Marie and Anthony Joseph; loving step-children, Alyssa & Niyah; father, Joseph Roncone, Sr. (Denise Jenne); mother, Charlene (Michael) Ray; brother, Joseph Jr.; grandparents, David (Lorraine) Marks; step-brother, James, Jr.; step-sister, Alyssa; mother-in-law, Debra Landis; father-in-law, Stephen (Linda) Poole; also many surviving nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.

Calling hours on Friday from 2PM-4PM and 7PM-9PM at Falvo Funeral Home, 1295 Fpt. Nine Mile Point Rd. ( Route 250 Webster). Please meet the family 12 Noon Saturday at Our Mother of Sorrows Church, 5000 Mt. Read Blvd. for the Celebration of her Funeral Mass.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Interment Private.

Christina was a loving wife, mother and friend to all who knew her.
