Predeceased by parents Joseph and Nicholena & brother-in-law Bill Serow.
Survived by his wife Nora; children, Vincent J. (Ewa) Penisse, Pamela Anderson, Deborah Finley, Dan (Kim) Van DeWalle, Dawn Fulkerson, Jeffrey Van DeWalle, Jodi (Darrenn) McComas, Melissa Penisse, Kristine (Dan) Whalen, Carol (Keith) Scott, Bradley Penisse and Sharr (Mark) Garfield; 17 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; sister Marlene Serow, brother Nicholas Penisse, many nieces, nephews & friends.
Vincent was a veteran of Korean Conflict, retiree of Rochester Police Department and DA's office after 40 years of service.
Calling hours Wed. 4-8 PM, funeral services Thur. 12 noon, both at Falvo Funeral Home, 1295 Fairport Nine Mile Pt. Rd. (Rte. 250) Webster. Entombment White Haven.
