I was so sad to hear about John’s passing. He has been our tax guy for years and had been so incredibly helpful patient and kind when helping us throughout the year. May his family have solace and peace during this time. Rest easy John.

Im sending my deepest condolences to all of Johns Family especially Richard & Carolyn his Uncle and Aunt my lifetime friends and to his cousins.Johns loss is another reminder how Fragile life really is.I spoke to Jonn a couple of times over the telephone when he was interested in buying my husbands business. John was my tax professional for more than 15yrs and each year we would meet from 3 to 5 times and always we would spend the first 15+minutes bragging and sharing stories about out daughters. John really loved Emma, very proud of her and was truly an old fashioned family Man I proud to say. His sense of humor was always helpful, when I was stressed about tax situations. Sending condolences to Ann, Emma and Family. I met John over 25 years ago. We became instant friends and then Family. I would always call him about my businesses, and other things. He would give me the best advice and brighten my day. We also had a love for music and we would get together and see some bands when we could. I was shocked to hear of John's passing and still am...When I moved from Geneva to Rochester I was looking for a good tax person and people referred John to me and he has been doing my taxes for the last 16 years. He wasn't just my tax guy he was my friend. We invited him to Birthday functions and just recently we met John at Texas Roadhouse. John always was.so positive and upbeat and would make you laugh. He had such a love for his family and daughter and talked about his Dad alot...I could not of chosen a better guy to trust doing my taxes. He turned into a lifelong friend. I wish I could go to the calling hours but can't due to work but I want to let you know how special John was and he will be so missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family. I'm so sorry.....John will be up there doing taxes and eating cannoli Donuts and watching over his family that he loved so much....

I grew up with John, spending time with my cousin Emma. I didn't get enough time with the family and I wasn't able to travel home to see everyone sooner. I'll miss John and all my love goes to my family in New York during this time. All my love - Hollow Leg (Alex)

John was beloved by all! I had met John over on Dewey ave 18 yrs ago. I thought I could do our taxes with turbo. I was audited for the next 3 yrs until Until John called me some wonderful names, always w pleasantries. He fixed everything and it all worked. Fast forward yrs and my brother and I run a business and he asks me do I know an Account or Tax Professional. I did, John took care of us and our business for last ten years to now. I remember his favorite lunch, he loved a white hot w mustard and raw onions. Which is why I always made him a white hot w ketchup and grilled onions. He was always loving a good joke. More than a friend, like family.

John, we will miss your smile, your laugh, and your quick-witted one-liners. But mostly we will miss your example of genuinely caring about everyone (family, friends, and clients alike).
