I am so saddened to read about your loss of your Dad. I happened upon his obituary while searching for a friend of mine. I have been thinking of calling on him to look over my Electrolux vacuum cleaner. He sold me mine in the 60’s. Always enjoyed having him come over to service my vacuum cleaner. I still have and use it. I was even thinking about calling him to come over. He was the best. They don’t make men like him anymore. They threw away the mold. I remember years back i went to an Electrolux store in Atlanta and they knew all about him. He was the best. God wanted him to stay on this earth for as long as possible. Helen Polvino

I’m so very sorry for the loss of your father. He was a wonderful man. I knew him as our Electrolux man, and also through St Philip Neri and my parents Sam and Grace Pecorella. Tony would come on in, the coffee would be on, and he would tune up the vacuum while visiting. We all adored him. I still have my mother’s vacuum. He was the kindest gentleman I ever knew. I experienced visits to our home as a young boy and used to love seeing Mr Desanctis come into the house with all the vacuums, vacuum accessories and displays. He would always gather my siblings and I to show us the newest gadget, the most recent model's ability to do something our current vacuum couldn't do. He was an engaging, charismatic and very kind person and I'm grateful to have met him and learn from him. I'll keep your family in our prayers! Rest In Peace, Anthony DiMarco

I was saddened to hear of Tony's passing, I had the pleasure of calling him my "boss" at church since he was the head usher for a great number of years, always wore a smile. Tony was a gentleman in every sense. My thoughts and prayers to his family.
