Howie, William A. Webster: April 25, 2016 age 75. Predeceased by his first wife, Catherine. Survived by his beloved wife of 45 years, Agnes Marie (Meyvis) Howie; his children, Kim (Steven) VanHall, Daniel Howie, Michael (Jeannine) Howie of VA.; 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; brothers and sister, Roy "GI" (Kathleen), Keith (Debra) and Roger (Brenda) Howie, Betty Ann (Timothy) Austin; many nieces and nephews.
